We restore properties from severe fire and flood damage and take pleasure in saving original features whenever possible. This period house in Doncaster, South Yorkshire had major fire damage and needed complete restoration, newly fitted central heating system, re-wiring, new burglar alarm, refit of a new kitchen and bathroom plus internal structural alteration and cosmetic decorations throughout. The house’s original foundations were and continue to be solidly intact, including the pitched roof and we completed the whole project on time and within budget with sympathetic care and professional skill.
Geolida Properties Limited have the full gallery of visual images of the internal fire damage, which will not be posted here due to its extremely sensitive nature and we also have the photographs of completed works undertaken solely by our company. This precious house became tenanted with various separate families from 2005 due to its safe and excellent condition with some lasting charm saved by us showing its Edwardian features including the original floorboards throughout.
We legally protect this property. We hereby make it known to any persons (including tenants whom have lived in the house since 2005 to 2019), who may or have made false claims either verbally, visually, photographically or written in order to take credit for the structural repairing/rebuilding or cosmetic decoration of this house. Any activities done as a means to increase their personal value by showcasing this house for work-related personal projects and ultimate gains (in anyway) will be uncovered. Any persons guilty of the above actions will be found liable and prosecution will be brought upon them.
